Return Window
Return requests are generally accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligible Condition
To be eligible, products must generally be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with all original components, and in original condition.
Non-Eligible Items
Opened, installed, used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products are generally not eligible for return.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable, and customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Special Orders
Special-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
Authorization Required
Please contact CA HVAC Direct before returning any merchandise to receive authorization and return instructions.
Late Requests
Requests made after the return window are generally not eligible.
